Co-founder and CTO of Silkline, an AI supply chain platform for advanced manufacturing. Spent about three and a half years at Palantir as a forward deployed engineer and tech lead.
Shulman studied computer science and cognitive science at the University of Pennsylvania. Shulman joined Palantir in 2017 as a forward deployed engineer and became a tech lead, working with government and commercial customers. Shulman left in 2021 to engineer at Pave, then co-founded Silkline in Seattle with CEO Isaac Chambers, a former Deloitte consultant. Silkline raised a $4M seed round in October 2025.
