Blasingame studied computer systems engineering at the University of Arkansas and started as an intern at IBM. Blasingame then spent about 25 years in enterprise sales at Lexmark, Cisco, Nominum (VP of Sales, North America) and Akamai. Blasingame joined Palantir in September 2018 on Strategic Accounts, left in early 2026 and joined Handshake AI as an Enterprise Lead.
