Co-founder and CEO of Novelcare, which matches patients to clinical trials. At Palantir, Bond was a product strategist who led product work across several verticals and helped build the life sciences business.
Bond studied computer science and product design at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and interned in product design at Palantir and Facebook. Bond joined Palantir full time as a product designer and became a product strategist, helping build its life sciences division. Bond co-founded Novelcare (first called SelectIQ) with Jason Marmon in 2022, and it went through Y Combinator in Winter 2023.
