Garry Tan

Palantir's tenth employee, who designed its logo, co-founded Initialized Capital, and now runs Y Combinator.
Tan studied computer systems engineering at Stanford. He joined Palantir as its tenth employee and designed the company logo. He co-founded Initialized Capital with Alexis Ohanian and Harj Taggar. He became president and CEO of Y Combinator in January 2023 and remains a board partner at Initialized.
