Doyle is a US Army Special Forces veteran. He spent nearly nine years at Palantir working with intelligence agencies, ending as head of national security. He founded Cape in 2022 after seeing how exposed mobile networks are to tracking. Cape launched its $99 a month consumer plan in 2025, and by March 2026 it was valued at $900M with $37M in 2025 revenue.
