Founder of Nidus, building AI and robotics manufacturing systems for defense production. Ex-Palantir deployment strategist, later at Peregrine and Vannevar.
Sealy went to a state school, worked construction on the side and was a manufacturing engineer at Robert Bosch before cold-applying to Palantir, where Sealy was a deployment strategist and federal enterprise implementation lead in New York. After stints at Peregrine and Vannevar Labs, Sealy founded Nidus. In October 2026 Nidus was hiring hourly robot operators in Union Square as a path to junior engineer.
