Carrington studied international relations at the University of Toronto. He ran IRUN Corp. as president and CEO from 2000 to 2005, then spent about 13 years at Salesforce, rising to VP of Commercial Sales, with stints in Latin America and the Middle East. He joined Palantir in 2022 on Strategic Accounts covering defense and nuclear. He moved to Handshake as an Enterprise Lead in 2026.
