Building out the People team at Mercor. Helped scale Palantir's people function through its IPO, and later worked at Merlin Labs and Applied Intuition.
Soleye worked on Palantir's people team as the company scaled through its 2020 IPO. Later stops included Merlin Labs, which builds autonomous flight systems, and Applied Intuition. In 2026 Soleye joined Mercor to build out its People team in San Francisco.
