Chief Commercial Officer of Handshake AI, building out its enterprise business. At Palantir he deployed forward deployed engineers into Fortune 500 companies and built strategic partnerships.
Field spent about five years at biotech and genomics startups, then was a principal ML engineer at Amgen working on clinical trials. He joined Palantir in 2022 as a Forward Deployed Architect, where press describes an executive role placing FDEs inside Fortune 500 companies and developing strategic partnerships. In 2025 he joined the founding team of Forge, which became Poetic, an enterprise AI automation startup. He joined Handshake AI as Chief Commercial Officer, announced in September 2026.
